TIME SAVER PIPE is an underground hot water piping system for outdoor wood stoves, corn stoves, solar water systems, and geothermal systems.

The feed and return Pex tubing lines are wrapped in MicroFoil Insulation which has an R-Value of 14. Pex tubing is available in a variety of types and sizes. The exterior is constructed of 4" heavy-duty corrugated black pipe.

This versatile and dependable pipe can be used in any open or closed system that requires water. TIME SAVER PIPE does not require the trench to be level or straight. It can go over tree roots, boulders, sewer pipes, et. It has the flexibility to elevate up through the house will without splicing or using elbows. Installation can be done year-round because TIME SAVER PIPE can be laid on top of frozen ground and buried in the spring without disconnecting the water lines.

Energy Transfer Pipe

INSULPEX is specially designed for the efficient transfer of hot water through buried pipelines. A flexible alternative to rigid piping systems, INSULPEX offers ease of installation, combined with the long-term performance of PEX pipe.

INSULPEX consists of RAUPEX pipe surrounded by a solid layer of CFC-free-polyurethne foam insulation. The smooth interior wall of RAUPEX provides superior flow and consistent water pressure, and resists mineral build-up and bacteria growth. INSULPEX is available in one and two-pipe configurations. The two-pipe configuration combines supply and return pipes, streamlining the installation process.

INSULPEX is lighter than rigid piping systems and is available in continuous coils of various lengths that reduce the need for joints in the pipeline- features that greatly reduce the costs and time associated with installation. The continuous single layer of insulation minimizes heat loss and water permeability, while the outer LDPE casing offers protection from abrasion.
